About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our highly skilled multidisciplinary product team in R&D. This role focuses on contributing to new and existing functionalities, proof of concepts, and technical improvements for the Digital Banking Platform, with a specific focus on Entitlements - Access Control, Approvals, Limits.

Requirements
- ✓Solid background in software development, design, and architectural patterns
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels
- ✓Experience in the banking domain or Fintech products is an advantage
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
- ✓Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, JPA, Hibernate, CI, and CD
- ✓Strong experience with microservices
- ✓Experience in Cloud-native deployments and traditional application servers (WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat)
- ✓Knowledgeable of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
- ✓Good understanding of non-functionals such as security, performance, scalability, etc.
- ✓Understanding of front end frameworks (e.g., Angular) to lead feature development end to end
- ✓Solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns
- ✓Experience as a technical leader
