About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join Backbase, a company known for its innovative, team-oriented culture. This high-profile role focuses on driving new business sales through value selling at the C-level.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business sales and carry your own sales quota
- →Develop and convert new opportunities into successful customers
- →Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives, Solutions Engineering consultants, and professional services
- →Work with partner sales counterparts to identify and qualify new regional sales opportunities
- →Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the buying cycle
- →Develop active partner relationships to drive new software business
Requirements
- ✓10+ years in a quota-carrying role within enterprise or SaaS software sales
- ✓Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including C-level executives
- ✓Digital-minded and tech-savvy with understanding of digital and omnichannel customer interactions
- ✓Experience in leading and presenting to C-level executives
- ✓Availability to travel 30-50%
- ✓Exceptional organization, presentation, and communication skills
- ✓Solid industry experience in the financial services sector
