About the Role
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team at Backbase. This role involves supporting the Atlassian suite of products and developing automations and integrations to enhance our organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the Atlassian suite of products used by Backbase
- →Build new and support existing external automation using Workato
- →Define processes in close collaboration with other departments
- →Develop automations, integrations, scripting, and programming
- →Handle CSV Import and Data Migration
- →Work extensively on add-ons such as EazyBi and Jira Automation
- →Be the resident expert on Atlassian suite products
- →Perform application integration using API calls
- →Audit access permissions and usage
- →Provide day-to-day support for projects
- →Investigate requests for plug-ins, extensions, and custom script development
- →Create efficient Jira dashboards and filters
- →Advise the organization on new applications
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience with administering Atlassian products
- ✓A degree or professional recognition in a relevant discipline
- ✓English language, written and spoken
- ✓Already based in Kraków
- ✓Ready to come to the office twice per week
- ✓Expert knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud Suite
- ✓Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) experience
- ✓Workflow automation experience
- ✓Working knowledge of data querying and scripting
- ✓Ability to solve complex problems
- ✓Ability to develop custom solutions
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- ✓Experience with Jamf, PowerBI, or Terraform
