About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our growing Commercial Customer Success team at Workato. In this role, you will work with customers to ensure the success and adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform, responsible for customer onboarding and strategic relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customers to drive adoption and retention
- →Provide technical Workato product expertise
- →Be the expert in deployment models and governance structures, sharing best practices
- →Educate various departments on the business value of process automation
- →Develop processes to increase product usage and drive cross-sell opportunities
- →Coach and mentor the broader CSM team
- →Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues
- →Provide analysis to inform team decision-making and product roadmap
- →Become the trusted customer advisor and advocate within Workato
- →Be available to work US hours
Requirements
- ✓BS or equivalent education
- ✓5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success management, or technical account management
- ✓Experience in Integration and/or business automation
- ✓Understanding of large complex businesses with many stakeholders
- ✓Expertise in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or Post Sales Customer Organizations
- ✓Comfortable operating with revenue targets
- ✓Track record of high customer retention and growth
- ✓Strong customer empathy and communication skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- ✓Entrepreneurial drive and comfort in ambiguous environments
- ✓Passion for automation driving business value
- ✓Prior Experience in Digital Transformation preferred
- ✓Past lead experience is a plus
- ✓Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- ✓Fast learner with strong research and synthesis abilities
- ✓Proactive problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- ✓Highly organized with strong collaboration skills
