About the Role
Workleap is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for their Workleap Platform, an AI-powered HR solution. This is a builder opportunity to shape the category narrative and own the global demand engine that will propel the company from $29M to $100M ARR.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the category and turn the "People Management Agent" vision into a dominant market position
- →Optimize the growth engine and lead the transition to a scalable, AI-augmented marketing machine
- →Leverage the Employee Context Engine to create programs that differentiate Workleap in the HR-tech market
- →Partner with the CRO with a P&L mindset, prioritizing CAC, LTV, and pipeline velocity
- →Identify new segments and geographies and build playbooks for global GTM execution
- →Lead and elevate a team of marketing specialists, fostering a creative and data-driven culture
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally having navigated the $10M–$50M ARR growth phase
- ✓Experience using AI tools to automate workflows, optimize spend, and personalize the customer journey
- ✓Ability to take complex technical visions and communicate them clearly and humanely
- ✓Strong understanding of sales and finance language, with a focus on pipeline contribution and efficiency
- ✓Collaborative and direct communication style, valuing transparency and honest debate
