About the Role
Workleap is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their ShareGate team, focusing on expanding migration capabilities for Microsoft 365 and third-party workloads. You'll help shape how organizations handle sensitive data migrations while contributing to a modern, high-quality codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build new migration features across Microsoft 365 and third-party workloads
- →Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Designer to translate customer needs into software
- →Navigate unfamiliar APIs, protocols, and data models for new migration targets
- →Update, refactor, and maintain the codebase as features mature
- →Improve test coverage to guarantee migration fidelity
- →Support customer support team with technical escalations
- →Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience delivering commercial software products
- ✓Proven experience developing and maintaining applications in C#/.NET
- ✓Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in daily development workflow
- ✓Comfort working with unfamiliar APIs and data models
- ✓Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- ✓Clear, proactive communication skills
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Graph SDK, MSAL, EWS, or third-party messaging APIs
