About the Role
WorkWhile is seeking a Revenue Operations Engineer to architect and maintain their go-to-market technology foundation. This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, Sales Operations, and GTM Engineering, focusing on building AI-native workflows and optimizing CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer and maintain Salesforce tech stack including Flows, Custom Objects, and Reports
- →Design and implement AI-powered GTM workflows for automating contracting and onboarding
- →Lead the company's shift to an AI-first operations model using tools like Clay
- →Manage integrations across sales, marketing, and customer success tools
- →Serve as the internal Salesforce administrator and subject matter expert
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration
- ✓Deep hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Flows, custom objects, and reports
- ✓Proficiency with sales engagement platforms like Outreach and Gong
- ✓Strong analytical skills for architecting business workflows
- ✓Excellent communication skills for presenting to various audiences
