Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to build user experiences
- →Lead frontend initiatives from design through implementation and iteration
- →Build and maintain complex features in React and React Native
- →Shape frontend architecture and best practices
- →Support and mentor teammates in a collaborative environment
Requirements
- ✓Deep experience building frontend applications with JavaScript, React, and/or React Native
- ✓Strong product instincts to translate user needs into UI design
- ✓Experience owning features end-to-end with technical decision-making
- ✓Comfort collaborating across disciplines, especially with design and backend
- ✓Clear communication and collaborative mindset
- ✓Interest in mentoring others and improving frontend quality
