Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓Significant experience designing backend systems in Python or similar languages
- ✓Track record of owning technical systems or product areas end-to-end
- ✓Ability to work in ambiguity and define problems
- ✓Deep care for system correctness, reliability, and maintainability
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team technical quality
