About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join WorkWhile, a company revolutionizing frontline work with AI-powered platforms. This role involves owning and evolving complex product areas end-to-end, from definition to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve complex, user-facing product areas end-to-end
- →Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape roadmap decisions
- →Lead high-leverage initiatives spanning frontend, backend, and data concerns
- →Make thoughtful tradeoffs between user experience, system complexity, and delivery speed
- →Raise the bar on product quality, system correctness, and engineering craft
- →Act as a force multiplier for the team by reviewing designs and mentoring engineers
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience building and owning product systems end-to-end
- ✓Depth in either frontend (JavaScript, React/React Native) or backend (Python)
- ✓Strong working fluency across the stack
- ✓Product-minded approach to engineering with focus on user outcomes
- ✓Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and guide teams toward solutions
- ✓Strong communication skills to influence technical and product direction
- ✓Experience mentoring engineers and raising team-wide technical quality
