About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Team Lead to own and scale Workwize’s inbound marketing engine. This senior role involves leading organic and paid acquisition strategies while collaborating with the outbound team for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute the full inbound marketing playbook across organic and paid channels
- →Own SEO and content-led growth, building topical authority in the IT tech space
- →Build Workwize’s presence in LLM-generated answers and AI search surfaces
- →Drive organic social strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms
- →Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Reddit
- →Partner with outbound sales to design and run ABM motions
- →Set and own inbound pipeline contribution goals
- →Build full-funnel reporting across all inbound channels
- →Identify new growth levers and prioritize experiments
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with growth or demand generation roles
- ✓Track record of scaling inbound from $10M to $50M ARR
- ✓Expertise in SEO, content marketing, paid media, and organic social
- ✓Experience designing and running ABM programs
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with attribution models and pipeline forecasting
- ✓Experience managing and developing team members
