About the Role

The Wpromote AI Rotation Program is a year-long immersive experience designed to launch the next generation of AI Marketing experts. During the first year, you will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI applications in marketing, then transition into a specialized department based on your interests and skills.

Key Responsibilities

→Deep-dive into cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovative solutions for teams and clients
→Partner with product managers, media strategists, analysts, and client leads to apply AI to client deliverables
→Collaborate with department leadership to identify high-impact use cases for replacing manual workflows with AI
→Support teams in using AI to enhance reporting, insights, and communication
→Translate complex AI concepts into clear, client-friendly recommendations
→Help champion agency-wide AI adoption through training and enablement

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree, relevant internship experience, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, or a related field
✓Demonstrated passion for the intersection of marketing and AI
✓Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
✓Eager to learn by doing in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving space
✓Familiarity with prompt engineering, marketing automation tools, LLMs, and the Google Suite
✓Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
