About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team during a period of growth. This temporary, part-time role focuses on delivering a thoughtful and inclusive candidate experience by coordinating interviews and managing hiring processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a people-first recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate candidate experience by coordinating virtual and in-person interview schedules
- →Collaborate with the Talent team to complete new hire documentation and onboarding processes
- →Manage the end-to-end requisition process in our ATS (Lever)
- →Maintain and update recruitment dashboards using Google Docs and Excel
- →Manage the contractor process by sending, tracking, and collecting freelance documents
- →Assist in coordinating industry networking, internship, and mentorship programs
- →Support employer branding initiatives by coordinating recruiting events and maintaining career content
- →Support our AI rotational program, including interview coordination and ongoing program support
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting coordination/administrative capacity
- ✓Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- ✓Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- ✓High attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable mindset
- ✓Availability to work up to 20 hours per week for a temporary engagement (3–4 months)
- ✓Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Lever experience preferred)
- ✓Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- ✓Experience supporting high-volume or agency recruiting environments
