About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join Wrike and elevate the employee experience across our U.S. and Costa Rica workforce. This role will own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle execution including onboarding, internal mobility, compensation changes, leave transitions, and terminations
- →Manage and enhance benefits programs across the U.S. and Costa Rica
- →Ensure HR operations practices align with regulatory frameworks in assigned jurisdictions
- →Safeguard payroll accuracy by ensuring clean inputs and reliable data
- →Review and refine operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies
- →Leverage HR systems and AI-enabled tools to automate processes
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle execution
- ✓Strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance processes
- ✓Experience with HR systems and data integrity
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail
- ✓Comfort with automation and AI-enabled tools
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration skills across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
