About the Role
We are seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to support a high priority malware analysis modernization program at Wyetech. This role involves supporting a large software development program focused on mission critical enterprise capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- →Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes
- →Support IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution
- →Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
- →Support escalation and communication of status to management and customers
- →Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
- →Install, load and maintain operating system software
- →Troubleshoot and maintain network components
Requirements
- ✓TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph
- ✓Fifteen years' experience as a Systems Administrator
- ✓Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- ✓Strong technical skills in Linux, Ansible, and Cisco products
- ✓Experience troubleshooting complex connectivity issues
- ✓Experience with network solutions and optimization
