For one of our high-tech enterprise clients in the Netherlands, we are looking for an IAM Access Management DevOps Engineer.  You will join an Agile Identity & Access Management team responsible for delivering secure, scalable and modern Access Management services across a complex enterprise landscape. The organization operates in a highly innovative and security-driven environment where IAM is mission-critical.  This role focuses on Access Management, with strong emphasis on Okta, modern authentication protocols, policy-based access control and automation using DevOps practices.   Please note:  We are working with a submission deadline of 9 March 2026. Early applications are encouraged.    Why Join Us?  At Wypoon Technologies, you’ll work on dynamic projects for industry leaders such as Heineken, ING, ASML, Philips, and Shell, tackling exciting challenges and delivering tailored enterprise solutions.  Here’s what makes us stand out:  ✔ Impactful Work: Shape the future of our clients’ digital landscapes.  ✔ Innovative Environment: Collaborate within a supportive team that values learning and growth.  ✔ State-of-the-art technology: Access the latest tools and platforms.  ✔ Global Opportunities: Are you dreaming of living and working in the Netherlands or Belgium? We provide full support with visa processes, making your transition smooth and hassle-free!     Key Responsibilities • Maintain and further develop the Access Management landscape, with Okta as core platform • Design and optimize secure authentication and authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, provisioning) • Implement and maintain Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) solutions (OPA-based) • Automate IAM platform deployments using Terraform and Git-based CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate closely with architects, product owners and DevOps teams • Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of development features • Support compliance activities related to GDPR, NIS2 and SOx • Continuously improve scalability, reliability and security of the AM environment Your Profile • You bring at least 5 years of experience within Identity & Access Management and are comfortable operating in enterprise environments across cloud and hybrid landscapes. • Language skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
