About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Designer to join XBOW, a company redefining cybersecurity with AI-driven autonomous pentesting. This role involves bringing our visual identity to life across campaigns, web, social, and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design creative assets for campaigns, launches, social media, email, and paid media
- →Translate messaging and strategy into thoughtful visual executions
- →Support web design initiatives, including landing pages, updates, and new content modules
- →Apply and help maintain brand guidelines across all marketing materials
- →Collaborate with writers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life visually
- →Participate in critiques and incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully
- →Continuously refine design skills and stay current with emerging tools and trends
Requirements
- ✓2–5 years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design (agency or in-house)
- ✓Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- ✓Experience designing for digital channels (web, social, paid, email)
- ✓Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual consistency
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
