About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our GTM team at XBOW, a company redefining cybersecurity with AI-driven autonomous pentesting. This is a strategic role where you'll collaborate with executive leadership to shape sales strategy and drive product evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- →Work closely with founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- →Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound sales motions
- →Engage technical stakeholders with empathy and credibility
- →Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity
- →Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and customer experience
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Security / Application Security
- ✓5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- ✓Thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is the norm
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly with technical buyers
- ✓Can create demand through prospecting and storytelling
- ✓Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems
- ✓Ownership mindset and bias for action
