About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our GTM team at XBOW. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to shape sales strategy and improve internal tools to maximize effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- →Work closely with your team, founders, and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- →Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion
- →Engage technical stakeholders with empathy and credibility
- →Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity
- →Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and the future of our customer experience
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrable and proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Security, Application Security
- ✓5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- ✓Thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is the norm
- ✓Know how to communicate clearly with technical buyers
- ✓Can create demand, not just manage it
- ✓Are coachable, curious, and motivated by solving real problems
- ✓Have an ownership mindset and bias for action
