Key Responsibilities
- →Define and evolve XBOW’s social narrative, translating complex research and product wins into compelling stories.
- →Create high-performing content across formats, including posts, threads, visuals, and short-form video concepts.
- →Build repeatable content systems that compound attention over time.
- →Amplify XBOW’s internal talent by helping leaders, researchers, and engineers develop their public presence.
- →Run constant experimentation across content formats, channel strategy, and storytelling angles.
- →Partner with AR/PR, Paid, Creative, and leadership to shape and amplify news moments and product launches.
Requirements
- ✓6–10+ years of experience in social media, brand storytelling, or editorial roles.
- ✓Exceptional storytelling instincts and writing ability.
- ✓Strong creative taste across copy, visuals, and platform-native formats.
- ✓Experience building distinctive brand presence.
- ✓Ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
- ✓Strong strategic and systems thinking to build repeatable engines.
