About the Role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join XBOW, a company building the future of offensive security with AI. In this role, you will focus on keeping production systems stable, observable, and resilient as the product scales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Automation of site reliability infrastructure, monitoring, and self-healing systems
- →Definition and ownership of Service Level Objectives for production and development deployments
- →Infrastructure-as-code for production and development systems
- →Incident response, including responding to in-hours alerts and conducting root-cause analyses
- →Incident analysis to guide prioritization of future changes
- →Design reviews for architectural changes
- →Maintaining public and internal status and uptime dashboards
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with TypeScript
- ✓Hands-on experience with AWS
- ✓Solid expertise in Linux, plus experience with infrastructure & DevOps tooling
- ✓Background in infrastructure automation and/or incident response
- ✓Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- ✓Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
