About the Role
We are looking for a technical writer who is passionate about helping customers get the most out of our products. This role involves creating documentation for a technically sophisticated security platform, working with complex systems, offensive security concepts, and enterprise deployment scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with product managers to define content strategy for new releases
- →Suggest changes to UI text that improve the user experience
- →Provide feedback on new features by testing them hands-on
- →Plan content based on user needs by working with customer success and go-to-market teams
- →Create technical documentation including API docs, integration guides, tutorials, and reference materials
- →Build content systems that scale through templates, style guides, and docs-as-code workflows
- →Test and validate what you document by running code examples and calling APIs
- →Gather and act on feedback from usage analytics, support tickets, and customer conversations
Requirements
- ✓Written technical documentation for developer, security, or enterprise admin audiences
- ✓Documented complex technical concepts for multiple skill levels
- ✓Worked with docs-as-code workflows using Git, markup languages, and documentation tooling
- ✓Tested and used the products you documented
- ✓Collaborated with engineering teams in fast-moving environments
