About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our internal IT team in Sydney. This role is vital for supporting our technology needs as we expand our Sydney office and manage regional support for Australia and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide support across tickets, walk-ups, and chat to ensure employees have the tools they need
- →Manage regional support needs for Australia and Asia, handling software and hardware requests
- →Support the expansion of our Sydney office, including setup and launch of new floor builds
- →Manage and optimize audio-visual meeting room technology, specifically Google Meet
- →Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters
- →Work through the global queue to provide general IT support and local escalations
Requirements
- ✓Logical approach to problem-solving and passion for helping others through technology
- ✓Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
- ✓Experience with cloud-based applications like G-Suite or Active Directory
- ✓Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior leadership
- ✓Background working in large-scale or global environments
- ✓Proactive mindset with a keenness to take ownership of site-specific projects
- ✓Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet service levels
