About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join the engineering teams behind the Xero Accounting App (XAA), our flagship mobile experience that helps small business owners stay on top of their finances. You will contribute to high-velocity product delivery while maintaining a commitment to system health and engineering excellence.

Requirements
- ✓Extensive experience with .NET, designing and building high-performance RESTful APIs
- ✓Proficiency in software design patterns, distributed architectures, and cloud infrastructure
- ✓Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- ✓Customer obsession and ability to ensure customer needs remain at the center of work
- ✓Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and handle change with a growth mindset
- ✓Bias for action and practical progress over over-analysis
- ✓Clear and accurate communication skills
