About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Northern Payroll to lead the development and growth of our payroll product within the UK and US markets. This role will act as a vital link between Product and Go-to-market teams, translating product initiatives into tangible customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess market opportunities and understand customer needs in the Northern Hemisphere
- →Develop and maintain Customer Value Propositions and messaging frameworks
- →Lead Go-to-market programs to ensure efficient product releases
- →Identify and execute opportunities to grow product adoption, usage, and retention
- →Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and regional Go-to-market teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment
- ✓Solid analytical skills to interpret market data and inform strategy
- ✓Ability to work with ambiguity and approach complex problems creatively
- ✓Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions
- ✓Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of the payroll landscape or experience in global roles would be valuable
