You will act as the technical champion of our customer support platform, ensuring systems are optimized and scalable. This role focuses on helping small businesses thrive by maximizing technology value and empowering their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement efficient workflows in Zendesk
- →Automate processes to enhance the self-service experience
- →Configure and maintain Omnichannel routing and AI features
- →Develop custom apps and integrations using CSS, HTML, Webhooks, APIs, Zapier, and Postman
- →Update help centre themes for an on-brand self-service experience
- →Establish robust data reporting and dashboards
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge in platform administration, particularly configuring triggers, automations, and complex workflows
- ✓Collaborative mindset with a history of driving cross-functional projects
- ✓Technical aptitude to manage APIs and custom views
- ✓Ability to design processes and facilitate user adoption
- ✓Analytical eye for data management and translating requirements into reporting
