About the Role
We are expanding our team and hiring Senior AI Engineers with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI to build and scale next-generation AI applications. You will join a fast-paced team working on cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain intelligent backend systems combining LLMs, retrieval systems, and custom APIs
- →Participate in team discussions and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards for GenAI applications
- →Stay updated with generative AI trends by researching and integrating new technologies
- →Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver robust solutions
- →Monitor and improve existing AI systems for optimization and performance enhancement
Requirements
- ✓BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Golang, Java, or Python
- ✓2+ years of hands-on experience with production GenAI applications
- ✓Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic retrieval techniques
- ✓Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- ✓Experience with agentic architectures and AI orchestration frameworks
- ✓Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployment
- ✓Experience working in cross-functional teams
- ✓Genuine passion for emerging GenAI technologies
- ✓Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
