About the Role
EXANTE is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to architect and build intelligent workflows that transform the employee journey from application to day-to-day HR operations. This role involves designing AI-driven automations from scratch and experimenting with prototypes to solve real problems across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build AI-driven automations across the full employee journey: Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- →Turn rough ideas and pain points into working prototypes quickly.
- →Put solutions in front of real users, gather feedback, and iterate until they work in practice.
- →Ship frequently to compound small wins into big impact.
- →Evaluate what works, what doesn't, and what's ready to scale.
- →Own the full lifecycle of automations from prototype to production-grade implementation.
- →Scout for automation opportunities and propose, prototype, and champion new ideas.
- →Collaborate with EXANTE's AI & Automation Engineering community.
Requirements
- ✓Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- ✓Practical experience building AI or automation solutions.
- ✓Experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- ✓Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- ✓Understanding of machine learning techniques and frameworks.
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with evolving requirements.
- ✓Clear communication skills to explain technical solutions.
- ✓Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn quickly.
