About the Role
We are looking for an AI Developer to join our team at EXANTE, a pioneering wealth tech company delivering cutting-edge trading solutions. This role focuses on leveraging AI to transform operations in the brokerage industry and drive the future of brokerage technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess existing IT backlog and companywide initiatives to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions
- →Develop strategies to integrate AI/ML solutions into trading platforms and internal operations
- →Utilise machine learning to streamline processes within counterparty onboarding, order categorisation, and client experience
- →Develop and implement algorithms for data cleansing, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- →Utilise machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling to extract insights from large datasets
- →Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models and algorithms in production
Requirements
- ✓Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
- ✓Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and frameworks
- ✓Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- ✓Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- ✓Experience with RAG models (embedding, reranking) is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with developing custom AI models and algorithms
