About the Role
We are looking for a QA engineer with experience in both manual and automated backend testing for a project that develops client-facing trading products via HTTP/REST and FIX interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- →Functional and exploratory testing of back-end services, and preparing them for release
- →Support and development of a set of autotests
- →Monitoring and analysis of service performance metrics on test benches
- →Creating bug reports (Jira)
- →Formalization of the test base in TMS (Qase)
Requirements
- ✓Strong knowledge of testing theory and hands-on experience with test design techniques
- ✓Experience in writing API automation tests in Python using Pytest, applying OOP principles in test frameworks
- ✓Proficiency in working with the Linux command line (SSH, grep, less, top, iptables, etc.) at a confident user level
- ✓Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working in Scrum teams
- ✓Proactive and responsible approach to problem-solving—bringing solutions, not just identifying issues
- ✓Upper-Intermediate English, capable of reading and understanding technical documentation
