About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager whose greatest strength is a deep, personal network within the industry β built over years of working inside it, hiring for it, or placing into it. This role exists to attract senior sales professionals with institutional, UHNWI-facing, prime brokerage, and family office backgrounds who can bring meaningful client relationships into EXANTEβs growth story.
The strongest candidates will come from one of three backgrounds: a former senior sales professional who transitioned into recruitment and retained their industry relationships; an experienced in-house TA leader at a major brokerage or bank who built deep knowledge of the senior sales community over multiple years; or an independent recruiter whose personal network is strong enough to operate without agency infrastructure. In all cases, we expect you to know the market by name, not by job board.
Department:
Talent Acquisition
Reports To:
Leader of Sales Talent Acquisition Team
Workshite:
Remote/Hybrid (depending on location)
Status:
Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
β’ Own end-to-end recruitment for senior sales roles β institutional, UHNWI-facing, prime brokerage, and family office coverage.
β’ Proactively source candidates through your personal network across the brokerage, institutional sales, and private banking / wealth management sectors.
β’ Qualify candidates on the strength of their client relationships and track record β not just their CV.
β’ Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate quality standards against live market benchmarks.
β’ Guide candidates through the full recruitment process: outreach, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
β’ Provide talent market intelligence and pipeline reporting to the Leader of Sales Talent Acquisition Team, grounded in real market knowledge, not search activity metrics.
β’ Support employer branding in assigned regions, building EXANTEβs visibility within the senior capital markets community.
β’ Conduct thorough reference checks, drawing on your network where appropriate to validate candidate reputation.
β’ Operate efficiently within our internal systems: BambooHR, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Qualifications
Network depth - essential:
β’ A genuine personal network within the capital markets sales community across brokerage, institutional, prime, and / or wealth management - built through direct industry experience or sustained, specialist recruitment.
β’ A track record of placing senior capital markets sales professionals: you can speak to specific hires, their backgrounds, and why they moved.
β’ A recruitment practice that is predominantly network-led at the senior level, rather than dependent on active search or job board response.
β’ 5+ years of focused experience within the capital markets recruitment ecosystem, with demonstrable depth in one or more segments.
Experience and qualifications:
β’ 5+ years in executive search, headhunting, or in-house talent acquisition with a mandate centred on senior financial markets sales hiring.
β’ Direct experience attracting UHNWI-facing, institutional, or prime brokerage sales professionals, not broad-based fintech hiring.
β’ Strong commercial understanding of what defines a high-value senior sales hire: client portability, relationship tenure, and revenue or AUM track record.
β’ Fluent English plus at least one additional language; multilingual capability is a strong advantage given our 70+ country footprint.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management - comfortable working directly with CROs, desk heads, and regional sales directors.
Mindset and working style:
β’ Network-first approach: your first instinct when a role opens is to think of people, not search strings.
β’ Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving global environment.
β’ High standards of integrity and discretion β you handle sensitive candidate and client information in a regulated industry.
β’ Driven and delivery-focused β you move quickly and hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not activity.
β’ Collaborative β you contribute market intelligence to the wider team, not just your own pipeline.
