About the Role
The HR Business Analyst & Project Manager role combines HR data expertise with project management to drive strategic organizational outcomes. This position is responsible for architecting and analyzing workforce data while leading HR-related projects from initiation through delivery. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline core HR processes, and will plan, coordinate, and drive cross-functional HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models for the HR function
- →Integrate data from HR and ATS systems to create a consistent view of workforce metrics
- →Analyze trends in hiring efficiency, time-to-fill, attrition, and workforce composition
- →Communicate with BI/AI and Data Engineering teams to define data requirements
- →Identify structural issues in the HR operating model and propose improvements
- →Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and budgeting
- →Lead and manage HR projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, and delivery
- →Define and maintain project roadmaps and timelines for all active HR initiatives
- →Engage stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, and business units
- →Drive change management activities associated with HR project delivery
- →Use data and analytics to monitor project outcomes and post-implementation impact
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of combined experience in HR analytics, business analysis, project management, or workforce planning
- ✓Strong analytical and data modeling skills
- ✓Experience setting up HR metrics frameworks or operating models
- ✓Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
- ✓Knowledge of SQL and Python or advanced data automation workflows
- ✓Hands-on experience with BambooHR and Greenhouse or similar HRIS/ATS platforms
- ✓Solid understanding of HR and TA operations, including hiring funnels, performance cycles, and compliance basics
- ✓Ability to convert ambiguous HR problems into structured analytical work
- ✓Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions
- ✓Demonstrated experience managing HR or People-related projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Familiarity with project management methodologies and project tracking tools
- ✓Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
