Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design and development of DC/DC and AC/DC switch-mode power supplies using various power conversion topologies
- →Own product development from concept through volume production, ensuring compliance with performance, cost, schedule, quality, and reliability targets
- →Drive robust DfX practices in collaboration with multiple engineering teams
- →Lead research and development activities of new technologies
- →Perform or oversee circuit simulations, DFMEA, component stress analysis, reliability predictions, design verification testing, and technical documentation
- →Act as a technical authority and subject matter expert during design and peer reviews
- →Support customer engagement through technical discussions and design status reviews
- →Manage team performance to support business growth and quality objectives
- →Conduct regular staff and project meetings to manage schedules and priorities
- →Lead hiring, onboarding, retention, mentoring, and professional development of engineering talent
