About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Xsolla, a global commerce company that helps developers in the video game industry. This role involves managing cross-team projects and ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end scope of cross-team projects, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and project planning.
- →Communicate with partners and stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and priorities.
- →Drive clarity around ownership and responsibilities across teams.
- →Facilitate effort estimation and define realistic implementation timeframes.
- →Support task prioritization and backlog management.
- →Identify risks and blockers early and propose mitigation plans.
- →Maintain and share regular project status updates.
- →Run project retrospectives to capture lessons learned.
- →Manage external vendor integration timelines.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- ✓Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ✓Proficient in agile project management methodologies.
- ✓Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high autonomy.
- ✓Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- ✓Fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
