About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager, Americas to join our Global B2B Marketing team at Xsolla. This role focuses on building and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive growth across North and South America.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver, execute, and measure B2B marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new gaming leads and building our brand in the Americas region
→Partner with the regional business development team to create programs for acquiring new video game developers
→Create, manage, and report on marketing projects across Xsolla’s products and services
→Plan and deliver high-impact in-person industry events and digital engagements
→Manage strategic marketing partnerships within the region
→Serve as the primary liaison to external partners for co-branded campaigns and events
→Lead hyper-localization engagements in Canada and LATAM markets
→Identify and coordinate public speaking opportunities for Xsolla management
→Deliver paid advertising, social media, content distribution, and other marketing collateral

Requirements

✓5+ years of professional experience in marketing with validated experience in the video games industry
✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
✓Proven track record in project management for complex initiatives
✓Proficiency in project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
