About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Xsolla and take end-to-end ownership of Xsolla LiveOps. This role involves managing catalog, promotion tools, personalization, and loyalty mechanics, while defining and maintaining a prioritized product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →End-to-end product ownership of Xsolla LiveOps, including catalog management and promotion tools
- →Define and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals
- →Identify gaps and opportunities in LiveOps tooling to improve operational efficiency
- →Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization
- →Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance
- →Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and partner-facing teams
- →Partner with marketing and sales to align the product roadmap with go-to-market priorities
- →Translate complex requirements into clear product specifications
- →Serve as the primary product authority for Xsolla LiveOps
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, with significant LiveOps experience
- ✓Experience working on Product (platform, tooling, or B2B/B2C service)
- ✓Track record of shipping LiveOps features that drove measurable business outcomes
- ✓Experience leading product discovery and delivery in an agile/scrum environment
- ✓Solid background in managing product backlogs and writing user stories
- ✓Ability to work with data: defining metrics, interpreting analytics, and making data-driven decisions
- ✓Experience collaborating with engineering and marketing/sales teams
