Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Company: Yadnya Brandscapes (Advertising Agency) Location: Thane (In-office; clients across Mumbai) Experience: 2–3 years (agency experience preferred)

Yadnya Brandscapes is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage multiple client accounts end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Execution Independently plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube based on client objectives (leads, traffic, brand awareness). Create basic media plans, define target audiences, select platforms, and allocate budgets in line with client goals. Set up and manage campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Remarketing) including ad groups, keywords, creatives, and tracking.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Prepare and implement on-page SEO recommendations (titles, meta descriptions, headers, image tags, internal linking) in coordination with developers/content teams. Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and technical issues; suggest improvements to enhance visibility and leads.

3. Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing Create and manage monthly social media calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and especially LinkedIn. Coordinate creatives and copies for posts, carousels, reels, and LinkedIn posts with the design and content team. Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms) for B2B clients where relevant.

4. Analytics, Optimisation & Reporting Track performance using Google Analytics/GA4 and ad platform dashboards; analyse traffic, conversions, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and other key metrics. Make data-driven optimisation decisions: bid/budget adjustments, audience refinements, creative testing, landing page suggestions. Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports for each client with performance summary, insights, issues, and next actions. Present key findings in internal reviews and support client review meetings with account managers/seniors.

5. Client & Internal Coordination Act as the primary day-to-day digital point of contact for assigned clients (along with account managers where applicable). Translate client briefs into digital plans and proactively suggest new ideas (campaigns, content, lead magnets, LinkedIn initiatives, SEO improvements). Coordinate closely with design, content, and tech teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, posts, and website changes.

Required Skills and Experience. Strong working knowledge of: - Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) - Google Analytics/GA4 Practical experience in: - SEO (on-page fundamentals, keyword research, understanding of technical basics) - Social media management, including LinkedIn pages and/or LinkedIn campaigns - Ability to independently handle planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting for multiple clients.
