About the Role

Yext is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their business development team. This role will directly impact business growth by accelerating pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and follow-up on inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive customer engagement with outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound qualified leads
→Research and identify potential prospects using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense
→Generate and conduct first meetings with prospects through calling, emailing, social selling, and event invitations
→Conduct early opportunity qualification to determine decision makers, budget, and business needs
→Build compelling messaging to educate prospects about Yext and its solutions
→Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Managers, Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and other stakeholders
→Maintain meticulous notes and tracking of accounts and engagement using Salesforce and Outreach.io
→Deliver qualified opportunities to the account team for follow up
→Meet assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for lead acceptance and follow up
→Consistently achieve goals for opportunity creation, pipeline, and conversion

Requirements
