We work with businesses across Canada to help them grow through smart, modern, and scalable marketing solutions. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative who is confident, results-driven, and excited about the future of digital marketing and AI.
✨ What You’ll Do Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, messages, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Present Y Marketing Studio’s services (AI automation, website design, SEO, content creation, social media management). Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and recommend the right services. Follow up with warm leads and close deals confidently. Maintain CRM records and communicate updates with the internal team. Represent the brand professionally in meetings, events, and online.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Strong communication skills (English). Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality. Experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing is an asset—but not required. Ability to explain digital marketing and AI solutions in simple, clear language. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with targets. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, email outreach, or CRM systems is a plus.
