About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join Zania, a company building agentic AI for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). You will design a new class of intelligent AI agents that will replace legacy GRC tools, fundamentally reimagining how compliance and risk management are done in an AI-native world.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design AI-Native Experiences: Own the end-to-end user experience for our GRC AI agents.
- →Create and Prototype Solutions: Translate complex product requirements into elegant solutions.
- →Lead through Collaboration: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
- →Champion the User: Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesis to understand the needs of security professionals.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of product design experience (UX/UI) creating complex, data-rich applications for B2B SaaS.
- ✓Domain expertise in security, risk, and compliance.
- ✓A genuine passion for AI and designing new interaction patterns for an AI-native world.
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- ✓Founder's mentality: proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and strategic thinking.
