About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Zartis, a global AI transformation and technology consulting partner. This role focuses on delivering a global payment platform in the fintech industry, supporting the Product & Technology team with detailed documentation and structured artifacts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Break down large features into smaller, manageable user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support efficient development
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and ensure successful user acceptance
- →Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements to prevent downstream issues
- →Create visual artifacts such as flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and use case diagrams to improve clarity and alignment
- →Identify and document business rules governing product behavior and ensure alignment with development teams
- →Map and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and problem resolution
- →Understand and model required data structures to ensure product design meets user and business needs
- →Participate actively in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- →Clarify requirements to developers, manage defects, and validate fixes to ensure accurate implementation
- →Conduct discovery work or technical spikes to explore unknowns and support product decision-making
- →Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario development, scripting, and coordination
- →Assist users in understanding new features and identifying potential improvements
- →Contribute to optimizing payment flows, reducing operational costs, and enhancing customer experience
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience as a Business Analyst in product-led, agile environments
- ✓Solid understanding of card payment processes, including transaction lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud monitoring
- ✓Experience working with Product Owners on prioritization, defining acceptance criteria, and delivering against them
- ✓Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- ✓Experience modeling business processes using diagrams, flowcharts, or similar tools
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and multiple squads
- ✓Experience facilitating discussions, leading stakeholder meetings, and driving consensus
- ✓Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive mindset
