We’re committed to building an inclusive culture based on trust and innovation.</p> <p>You will be part of a distributed team where you will be the owner of their enterprise BI platform: a large-scale, production IBM DB2 system serving critical business analytics across the organization. You'll manage infrastructure, optimize performance, ensure data security and availability, and lead the technical evolution of this mission-critical platform.&nbsp;</p> <h3>What you will do:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Administer and maintain the IBM Db2 12.1.2 Warehouse on Cloud environment (24-node MPP cluster).</p> </li> <li> <p>Own performance tuning and query optimization across a complex, high-volume analytical workload.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage storage, backup, and recovery operations to ensure platform resilience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Configure and maintain security policies and access controls.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide advisory on schema design and data architecture decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with data engineers and analytics leads on platform health and scalability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the ongoing infrastructure migration from IBM Cloud to AWS where relevant.</p> </li> <li> <p>Document database configurations, processes, and best practices.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What you will bring:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Hands-on production DB2 administration experience, ideally with Db2 Warehouse or MPP environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong expertise in performance tuning and query optimization on DB2.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with storage management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of DB2 security configuration and access control best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to advise on schema design and contribute to architectural decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working in complex, established production environments</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills and ability to work within a distributed team</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server</p> </li> <li> <p>Exposure to IBM Cloud or AWS-hosted DB2 environments</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with analytics or BI platform architectures</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting database migration projects</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What we offer:&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>100%</strong> <strong>Remote Work</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>WFH allowance:</strong> Monthly payment as financial support for remote working.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Career Growth:</strong> We have established a career development program accessible for all employees with a 360º feedback that will help us to guide you in your career progression.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Training:</strong> For Tech training at Zartis, you have time allocated during the week at your disposal.
