We're committed to building an inclusive culture based on trust and innovation.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be part of a small, high-trust distributed engineering team building and evolving the Iris Health platform — a suite of telehealth products that power virtual&nbsp;</p> <p>consultations, patient journeys, and clinical workflows at scale. The platform is built on a modern serverless architecture using AWS, and the team places a strong emphasis on clean code, developer experience, and engineering craft. The team operates on Eastern Time, and we expect reasonable timezone overlap for daily stand-ups and engineering meetings.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role in a space where the quality of your work directly affects patient outcomes.
