About the Role
Zartis is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a distributed team supporting a supply chain leader in the logistics industry. You will design modern web applications that optimize end-to-end logistics operations and deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for web-based applications
- →Translate complex business requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions
- →Build and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand guidelines
- →Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation to improve design decisions
- →Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from concept to delivery
- →Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or Sketch
- →Contribute to product discovery, ideation, and development phases
- →Stay updated with design trends and UX best practices
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience designing UI/UX for digital products
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work and measurable impact
- ✓Experience with design systems, rapid prototyping, and user research
- ✓High proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent tools
- ✓Experience with logistics or operations-focused products is a plus
