About the Role
Zefir is Europe's fastest-growing AI Real Estate Marketplace seeking a Content Marketing professional to transform complex topics into high-impact content that drives B2C and B2B growth. This role sits at the heart of our strategy, working across the entire marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create high-impact content for activation campaigns, webinars, white papers, and articles
- →Produce educational content for B2C audiences and expert-level content for B2B stakeholders
- →Adapt messaging to different audiences including sellers, buyers, agents, and B2B partners
- →Test different content angles, formats, and messaging approaches
- →Track content performance metrics including engagement, CTR, leads, and conversions
- →Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Product, and Sales teams
Requirements
- ✓Excellent writing skills across multiple formats including articles, scripts, emails, and ads
- ✓Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and funnel dynamics
- ✓Data-aware mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
- ✓Ability to produce high-quality content quickly and efficiently
- ✓Comfortable in a fast-moving, demanding environment
- ✓Curious, autonomous, and well-structured
- ✓Able to challenge briefs and propose stronger ideas
