As Seller Operation, you won't just "optimize processes." You'll tear down a 20-day, human-heavy seller signature experience and rebuild it as a 5-click, frictionless, AI-powered journey, without sacrificing a single point of conversion. That's the bar.
You'll sit at the nerve center of Operations, Sales, and Growth. Your job is to make the Account Executive team absurdly efficient, make sellers feel like VIPs from day one, and build systems that scale faster than headcount ever could.

1οΈβ£ KILL THE FRICTION , SELLER EXPERIENCE REDESIGN
- Architect the shift from a +20-day, touch-heavy signature process to a 5-click seamless experience. No hand-holding. No unnecessary back-and-forth. Just conversion.
- Own listing speed and quality end-to-end: slash time-to-list, crush churn, and eliminate every bottleneck between CGS signed and live listing.
- Own CSAT as a north star, sellers must feel informed, confident, and taken care of at every single touchpoint. No exceptions.
2οΈβ£ SUPERCHARGE THE SALES MACHINE
- Make SDRs 30% more productive in 90 days. Automate every low-value task that eats their time, data entry from calls, manual CRM updates, repetitive follow-ups.
- Design smart, adaptive seller journeys: not every seller needs the same process. Build the logic that routes each seller to the right experience, high-touch when it matters, fully automated when it doesn't.
