We are hiring a Chicago, IL or New York, NYβbased Senior Sales Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, social platforms, media & advertising strategy, and translating complex adtech solutions into compelling, revenue-driving narratives.
This role is for a highly strategic, fast-moving marketer who thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. As part of the Marketing team, you will partner closely with Sales, Account Services, & Product to bring Zefrβs brand and product positioning to life through innovative storytelling, polished design, and best-in-class sales enablement materials.
If you have a strong background in adtech, media agencies, sales planning, media or business strategy development, and youβre equally strong in deck-building, design, copywriting & strategic thinking, weβd love to talk. Please note that this role is expected to be in office 2-3 days a week in the local office.
What youβll do:
- Develop a high-volume of cohesive and creative sales proposals, case studies, product one-sheets, and other sales enablement materials that that drive revenue while maintaining Zefrβs brand voice
- Collaborate closely with sales leads, product leads, research team leads, and Account Services teams to ensure Zefrβs marketingβs voice and product positioning is clear throughout the pre-sales process and all collateral
- Partner with in-house design team to produce best in best-in-class collateral that is in alignment with our brand guidelines
- Conduct competitive and industry research across major verticals, platforms, and trends to assess campaign strategies and best practices
- Help manage and organize internal marketing resources and document library across Marketing and Sales teams
- Support in-market sales meetings to develop thoughtful client facing strategies and collateral
- Understand the full suite of Zefr products and services to identify and deliver on opportunities for additional Zefr-driven value
- Help the world's largest brands achieve their advertising goals
What weβre looking for:
- 4-6 years of advertising agency, ad technology, sales planning or sales marketing experience
- A comprehensive understanding of the digital video and social media landscape, YouTube-specific expertise a bonus
- Experience strategizing and developing custom presentations and proposals
- Experience presenting and building trust across internal and external relationships
- Experience organizing and managing internal resource systems
- Experience writing compelling narratives and effective copy
- An eye for graphic design, demonstrated experience using Apple product and Google office suite, including Google Slides, Keynote, and other design software
- Please note that Zefr has an in-house design team, but deck design experience is a bonus

Compensation (for US based employees):
The anticipated base salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000. Β Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
