About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Zenoti. This role focuses on ensuring our customers achieve success with our platform by acting as a strategic partner and guiding clients through product adoption and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop strong relationships with customers to drive adoption and success
- →Become a subject matter expert in Zenoti’s platform
- →Analyze customer challenges and develop solutions to enhance their experience
- →Leverage customer data to guide decision-making and drive retention
- →Lead customer conversations and influence stakeholders
- →Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams
- →Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
