About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team at Zenoti. This role involves configuring and implementing our cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry, ensuring successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Solution and configure Zenoti to meet customer’s business processes
- →Design and setup proof of concepts and pilots for high priority and large customers
- →Extract, transform, and load data across systems into Zenoti
- →Identify risks and define mitigation plans
- →Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion
- →Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market dynamics
- →Build expertise on data migration tools and techniques
- →Maintain complete documentation and follow organizational processes
- →Ensure adherence to SLAs and key metrics
- →Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs
Requirements
- ✓Deep knowledge of advanced features in MS Excel
- ✓Working knowledge of database systems
- ✓Ability to use tools/scripts to manage and transform data
- ✓Experience with data migrations and data mapping
- ✓Good to have knowledge of Web Design using HTML, JavaScript
- ✓Ability to adhere to and develop quality checks for data migration
- ✓Technology-centric background
- ✓Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects
