Lead Site Reliability Engineer at zeta

About the Role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Zeta, a next-generation banking technology company. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our software systems through automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• →Ensure system reliability by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure
• →Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve system efficiency
• →Monitor system performance and respond to incidents promptly to minimize downtime
• →Analyze system usage patterns and forecast future capacity needs
• →Identify and address performance bottlenecks through optimization and tuning
• →Implement infrastructure as code practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible
• →Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to gain insights into system behavior
• →Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices
• →Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure system recovery from major outages
• →Continuously analyze system performance and incidents to identify areas for improvement
• →Lead and motivate a team of SREs, providing guidance and support
• →Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to foster their professional development
• →Resolve conflicts and address challenges within the team
